Contract | Night Shift | 4x12 Hours (19:00–07:30) | 13- to 26-week contract options available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Long Term Acute Care ICU setting on night shift
• Monitor and manage complex, critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing interventions
• Apply neurological nursing competencies to assess and care for neuro patients
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weekends and after-hours coverage as needed
• Float to other units and/or campuses as requested based on census needs, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies
• Complete required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent EPIC EMR experience
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible at full rate; candidates residing 50–99.9 miles away may be considered at a reduced rate; candidates under 50 miles are ineligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior LTAC experience strongly preferred
• Neurological nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a travel or agency nursing capacity
