Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Interim Director of Nursing, assuming leadership responsibilities for nursing operations
- Assist in overseeing and managing nursing staff within a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Work the floor as needed to cover shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and care quality requirements
- Support day-to-day clinical operations and provide leadership guidance to nursing personnel
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license required
- Prior experience in a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing role
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates
- Ability to work the floor and cover clinical shifts as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous interim or travel leadership experience in LTC/SNF settings
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards specific to skilled nursing facilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead nursing teams and manage staffing challenges
