About the Role
Our CRM Team is looking to remotely add a proactive and motivated individual who will manage client accounts. This role offers advancement opportunities to mid-level and senior recruiter roles, corporate positions, or leadership! Ready to earn uncapped commission? Join our team!
What You´ll Do
- Provide exceptional service to assigned clients
- Bridge communication between iDEAL Hire and assigned client by using a variety of sources effectively
- Follow up with client on open positions
- Manage communications in regards to challenges on open jobs or in the job market for specific roles
- Develop repeat business from current clients
- Review candidate profiles from recruiting team prior to submission with client to ensure accuracy and skillset for open need
- Submission of candidates to client for consideration
- Scheduling of interviews and follow up post-interview
- Facilitate job offers between clients and internal iDEAL Hire recruiters
- Resolution of objections, issues, concerns with assigned clients
Who You Are
- Prior client or account management experience a plus
- People and service oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet or exceed defined goals as set by leadership
- You have a go-getter attitude and are ready for a fast-paced work environment
