About the Role
Our Recruitment Team is looking to remotely add a proactive and motivated individual who will identify and place clinicians in healthcare facilities. What You´ll Do
- Communicate with the Client Manager and candidate regarding availability, open positions, and assignment changes
- Responsible for developing a growing pipeline of candidates by using a variety of recruiting sources effectively
- Generate and actively recruit referrals from current and former professionals
- Maintain consistent contact with candidates while on assignment to keep customer service levels high by troubleshooting, counseling, and problem-solving when necessary
- Communicate with the Manager on issues that arise with a candidate while on an assignment that could lead to the canceling of the assignment
- Consistently meet or exceed established goals both individually and departmentally
Who You Are
- You have 1+ years of healthcare recruiting or staffing experience (preferred)
- You’re skilled in sales, recruiting, staffing, talent sourcing, cold calling, relationship building, outside sales, or lead generation
- You have a go-getter attitude and are ready for a fast-paced work environment
