Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department setting with 43 beds

• Assess and treat patients of all ages presenting with medical, surgical, and mental health needs

• Manage a wide range of acuity levels, from basic medical issues to Level 1 trauma cases

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing, ASN, or BSN required

• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Current CPR certification required

• Prior RN experience in ICU or Med/Surg required

• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and assist with up to 100 pounds

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred

• Additional specialty certifications relevant to emergency or acute care settings

• Experience managing high-acuity or trauma patients
