Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients with urgent and critical conditions. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages in the Emergency Department

• Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing patient needs

• Provide follow-up care instructions and coordinate referrals as needed

• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of recent acute care RN experience (within the last year)

• Licensure: Current Florida RN license (or multistate) or ability to obtain prior to start

• Education: ADN or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)

• Certifications Required:

• BLS (prior to start date)

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 90 days of hire)

• ACLS (within 90 days of hire)

• PALS (within 90 days of hire)

Preferred: PALS Instructor, ACLS Instructor

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary Range:

• 0–1 YOE: $26.40 – $27.72/hr

• 7–8 YOE: $34.32/hr

• 15+ YOE: Max $39.60/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $15K Nights | $10K Days
