Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an OB/GYN unit during night shift hours

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to support positive health outcomes

• Assist with patient mobility and physical care needs in accordance with department lifting and safety standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to nursing standards of practice

• Participate in clinical onboarding and orientation programs as required

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing, Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Current CPR certification required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and assist with up to 100 pounds

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Additional certifications may be required depending on department assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred

• Prior experience in an OB/GYN or labor and delivery clinical setting

• Familiarity with nursing recognition or professional development programs
