Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes
- Perform bedside diagnostic procedures as needed
- Review and maintain respiratory care plans
- Conduct patient evaluations and adjust care plans appropriately
- Assist as a preceptor for students and new hires
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as required
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC
- Current Indiana State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners
- Current CPR certification
- ACLS and NRP certifications required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be available for on-call shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PALS certification
- Stable certification
