Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Pensacola, FL
Shift: Day Shift (Rotating Weekends) – Schedule details provided during the interview
Salary Range: $35.77–$49.18/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to deliver quality care in an acute rehabilitation setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to promote recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete evaluations and provide individualized physical therapy interventions

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, exercises, and home equipment

• Maintain clear and timely documentation

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support optimal outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)

• Active Physical Therapist License in Florida (required)

• BLS certification within 30 days of employment

• Open to new graduates
