We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. As a Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans • Implement occupational therapy interventions to help patients develop, restore, or maintain daily living skills and abilities • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to promote patient independence, mobility, and overall well-being • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
Requirements:
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) • New graduates are welcome to apply • Prefer SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience • Must have a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
