**Therapist - Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. **Responsibilities:** • Conduct occupational therapy sessions with patients to assess and address their functional abilities, daily living skills, and overall well-being • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, mobility, and participation in activities • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care • Assess and adapt treatment plans to meet the changing needs of patients • Educate patients and their families on techniques, strategies, and adaptive equipment to enhance daily functioning • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements **Requirements:** • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (new graduates are welcome to apply) • SNF experience is preferred, but not required • Must have completed a 72-hour Covid-19 test prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date • Must be willing to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination **Credentialing Requirements:** Please ensure that you have completed the following credentialing requirements prior to submission: • State License Verification • Resume • References (at least 3) • County Criminal Background Check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) • Federal Criminal Background Check (7 years or more) • Multi-State Criminal Background Check (7 years or more) • Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) • HHS/OIG Search • GSA Search • Social Security Number Trace • 2-Step PPD or Quantiferon • Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray • SAM Search **What We Offer:** • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and supportive work environment • The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families If you are a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
