Orthopedic Opportunities:

Our Surgical Inpatient units are fast-paced units that include high-acuity patients. If you're looking to increase your knowledge base, our Surgical Inpatient leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to orthopedic patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of inpatient hospital RN experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN license and certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
