We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse - Operating Room to join our dynamic team at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Elmhurst, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to achieve shared goals • Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to a diverse range of patient populations • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and evidence-based guidelines in the OR environment • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) • Current CPR certification • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) • 1 year of OR experience required • Active RN license in Illinois or compact license (willingness to apply for IL state license after hire) • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
