Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at TriStar Northcrest Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education to patients with medical surgical conditions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our electronic documentation system • Perform various medical procedures, including blood transfusions and IV and central line maintenance • Utilize advanced skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care • Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, quality, and satisfaction
Requirements:
• Basic Med/Surg experience • Experience with post-op patients, especially ortho • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred but not required) • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Work Schedule:
• 3 days a week with every other weekend • Floating policy between MS2 and MS3 • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift
