Registered Nurse - Wound Care
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional wound care services to our patients. If you are passionate about delivering comprehensive care and educating patients and their families, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and implement care to patients with various wound types, including ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers, acute, and chronic wounds • Provide comprehensive care and education to patients and their families/significant others on wound management and care techniques • Evaluate and select appropriate supplies and equipment to promote optimal wound healing and care • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wound care • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred) • Current Wound Care Certification
Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm • No holidays or weekends
