Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies or a related field • Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or eligibility for certification • 1-2 years of experience in occupational therapy or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with patients and families
