About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse - CVOR to join our team at Liberty Hospital. As a Registered Nurse - CVOR, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide evidence-based care to patients in the Cardiac Vascular Operating Room (CVOR) • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals • Participate in pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative care, as well as provide education and support to patients and families • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in CVOR care • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in CVOR • Current MO license • BSN degree preferred • CNOR certification preferred • ACLS certification required • BLS certification required
