Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and goals • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in various settings, including clinics, schools, and community centers • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques to promote independence and participation • Document client progress and outcomes, and communicate with team members and stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state where the position is located • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adults, and older adults • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
