We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal communication and swallowing skills, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals • Provide evidence-based interventions, including speech therapy, language therapy, and swallowing therapy, to improve communication and swallowing skills • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and engagement in treatment plans • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution • State license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist • 2+ years of experience in speech language pathology, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting • Strong knowledge of speech language pathology assessment and treatment techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including adults, children, and individuals with complex needs • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and technology • Experience with speech language pathology billing and coding • Certification in specialized areas, such as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) or swallowing disorders
