We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop personalized treatment plans • Implement occupational therapy interventions to improve residents' functional abilities, mobility, and overall well-being • Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve treatment goals • Adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of residents with diverse abilities and requirements • Document resident progress and outcomes in electronic medical records • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident assessments, treatment plans, and progress

Requirements:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or eligibility for certification • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies or related field • 0-2 years of experience in SNF or long-term care setting (new graduates welcome to apply) • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary licensure and certification • Covid-19 vaccination required; proof of vaccination required prior to start date
