Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, including range of motion, strength, and mobility evaluations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with Physical Therapists • Assist with exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or related field • Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of [insert state] • 0-2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, or willingness to learn and grow with our team • Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination (with results issued 48 hours prior to start date)
