Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Type: Part-time, Travel Position

Shift Details:

• Shift Schedule: 2x8s, 8:00-4:30 PM (with occasional block schedule)
• Shift Types: • 8-hour shifts • 10-hour shifts • 12-hour shifts (3-4 times a week)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Case Types:

• Acute Care: Adults and Geriatric patients with dysphagia, dysarthria, and confusion
• Adult Outpatient: Adults and Geriatric patients with dysphagia, dysarthria, and voice deficits
• Adult Rehabilitation Facility
• Skilled Nursing (SNF): Adults and Geriatric patients with dysphagia, dysarthria, and confusion

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience (first timers accepted)
• National Certifications: IN state license (ASHA certification)
• BLS Certification: Yes
• IN-state License: Must be in hand to submit
• License ETA: 10 weeks

Work Environment:
