Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist
Job Type: Part-time, Travel Position
Shift Details:
- Shift Schedule: 2x8s, 8:00-4:30 PM (with occasional block schedule)
- Shift Types: • 8-hour shifts • 10-hour shifts • 12-hour shifts (3-4 times a week)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Case Types:
- Acute Care: Adults and Geriatric patients with dysphagia, dysarthria, and confusion
- Adult Outpatient: Adults and Geriatric patients with dysphagia, dysarthria, and voice deficits
- Adult Rehabilitation Facility
- Skilled Nursing (SNF): Adults and Geriatric patients with dysphagia, dysarthria, and confusion
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience (first timers accepted)
- National Certifications: IN state license (ASHA certification)
- BLS Certification: Yes
- IN-state License: Must be in hand to submit
- License ETA: 10 weeks
Work Environment:
- Travel to various healthcare facilities
