We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. As a Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, working with individuals of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs and goals • Provide therapy sessions to clients, including speech, language, and swallowing exercises • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment outcomes • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech language pathology • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field • State licensure or certification as an SLP (where applicable) • Current CPR/First Aid certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with clients of diverse ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds • Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting (preferred)
