Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient physical therapy department, you will work closely with our medical staff to deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality physical therapy services to patients, including manual therapy, orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, and movement health programs • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans • Utilize our therapist-friendly web-based software and documentation system (EMR) to document patient information and track progress • Manage relationships with patients, promoting physical therapy services, time management, and effective communication • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of outpatient experience • 2+ years of orthopedic and manual therapy experience • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross • Proficiency with EMR scheduling and documentation systems • Dry Needling experience is preferred but not required • Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Pennsylvania • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited school
