Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education to residents • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians • Conduct vital signs, take medical histories, and perform other basic patient care duties • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical charts and documentation • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

Requirements:
