About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Lacey, WA. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal physical function and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify and address physical therapy needs • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals • Provide hands-on therapy interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities • Educate patients and families on proper technique, exercises, and lifestyle modifications • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of WA • Outpatient experience preferred • Ability to work 36 hours guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours • Ability to float to other clinics as needed • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Current CPR and first aid certification
