Join Our Team as a Respiratory Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality respiratory therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans • Administer medications, oxygen therapy, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in respiratory therapy
Requirements:
• Current certification as a Respiratory Therapist (RT(RT) or CCRT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field • 1+ year of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a hospital or LTAC setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Schedule:
• 35 hours per week • Day shift, with every other weekend rotation • 101 LTAC setting
