Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a Therapist - SLP, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal communication and swallowing skills.

Job Summary:

We are offering a competitive salary range of $40-$46 per hour, with the opportunity to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is a non-weekend rotation position, and we are looking for a SLP who is committed to their current caseload and cannot take on new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs • Conduct speech and language therapy sessions, including but not limited to: • Articulation therapy • Language development • Fluency therapy • Voice therapy • Swallowing therapy • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution • Current certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse patient populations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
