Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans • Design and implement evidence-based exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion • Provide manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and muscle energy techniques • Educate patients on proper body mechanics, posture, and movement techniques to prevent future injuries • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Develop and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment • Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy practice • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications
