Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for surgical procedures • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans • Conduct pre-operative assessments, prepare patients for surgery, and maintain accurate medical records • Participate in surgical teams, including scrubbing, assisting, and maintaining a sterile environment • Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and provide ongoing care during and after surgery • Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery instructions • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in Operating Room care

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in [State] • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (with certification at time of submission) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to float to multiple hospitals within a 20-mile radius • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to maintain a nicotine-free lifestyle (smoke-free facility)

Additional Information:

• All RTOs must be included at time of submission • Guaranteed hours: 36 hours for 3x12's and 40 hours for 8/10's • Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized promptly upon assignment • SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be nicotine-free, with negative 10-panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
