Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans • Develop, implement, and modify treatment programs to address patient goals and objectives • Provide hands-on therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities • Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and self-care techniques • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in [State/Province] • Professional liability insurance and CPR certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple patients and tasks • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications
