Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify and address physical therapy needs • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote mobility, strength, and function • Provide evidence-based interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and education, to patients of all ages and abilities • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, maintaining current licensure and certification requirements

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment • Certification in a specialty area, such as orthopedics or pediatrics, a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

We offer a flexible schedule that accommodates a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday work arrangement. This allows for a healthy work-life balance and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
