Join Our Team as a Traveling RN in Emergency Room

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room at our Regional Medical Center. As a Traveling RN, you will have the opportunity to float to other units and hospitals, making you a valuable asset to our healthcare team.

About the Role:

• Work in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting, providing high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Participate in Code Blue responses and other high-acuity situations, utilizing your expertise and critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety
• Float to other units and hospitals as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

• Education: Associate degree in nursing
• Certifications: Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications; NIH certifications in TNCC and SECURE on-site
• Licenses: Registered Nurse license in Alabama or Compact license; NURSYS certification preferred
• Experience: 2 years of experience; however, we will consider 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license, and 1 year of experience in the field of specialty
