We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify patients' strengths and needs • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities • Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment training • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, MS, or MA) from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain) • 1+ year of SNF experience highly preferred; Rehab Optima experience preferred • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
