We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team in Sidney, Montana. As a key member of our Surgical Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and contributing to a positive surgical experience for our patients.
Essential Job Functions:
• OR Circulating Duties: Provide exceptional patient care in the operating room, ensuring seamless transitions between pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases. • On-call PACU Coverage: Serve as a critical member of our perioperative team, providing care to pediatric and adult patients 24/7, including after-hours and weekend shifts. • Assess, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate: Utilize your nursing expertise to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, implement evidence-based practices, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
• RN License: Current Montana or compact state license as a Registered Nurse. • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a perioperative setting, preferably in an operating room or post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) environment. • Certifications: Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications.
