Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist with Big Stone Therapies, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional rehabilitation services to families and businesses in our community. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans • Implement evidence-based treatment programs to promote mobility, strength, and function • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Educate patients and families on proper techniques and exercises to maintain progress outside of sessions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lymphedema certification • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Onboarding and Support:

• Comprehensive four-week onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition into your new role • Ongoing support and training to help you succeed in your position
