We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal physical function and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify areas of dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans • Design and implement evidence-based exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion • Provide manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and muscle energy techniques • Educate patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and lifestyle modifications to prevent future injuries • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment • 1-2 years of experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy settings • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds and abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
