Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate individuals with communication and swallowing disorders to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans • Conduct therapy sessions with clients in various settings, including clinics, schools, and homes • Develop, implement, and progress monitor treatment programs to achieve optimal outcomes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination • Stay current with best practices, research, and industry developments to maintain expertise and advance treatment options

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field • Current certification as an SLP (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification • Valid NM licensure as an SLP • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
