We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with physical, cognitive, or mental disabilities to develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans • Design and implement occupational therapy programs to improve clients' functional abilities and quality of life • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to promote independence, mobility, and participation in leisure activities • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques, strategies, and equipment • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, MS, or MSc) from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the position is located • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adults, and older adults • Proficiency in occupational therapy software and electronic medical records
