We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Bay State Physical Therapy in Framingham, MA. About the Role:

• Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
• Administer exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to maintain optimal health
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to individuals of all ages and abilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date on the latest research and industry developments

Requirements:

• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of experience in other settings
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in EMR systems, including Raintree Notes

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Pre-Start Requirements:

• Complete 3 hours of HealthStream modules prior to start
• Agency will reimburse you with a lump sum upon completion of modules and 8 hours worked
