Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Pulmonary Thoracic Care Unit (PTCU), and Stepdown setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in critical care nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare team members • Participate in code blue responses and other emergency situations as needed • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU, PTCU, or Stepdown setting • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment • BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification required • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Schedule: 7p-7a, days vary • Duration: 13 weeks
