Join Our Team as a Therapist - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient Acute Care Rehab Therapies Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient acute care setting • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care • Develop and maintain a strong therapeutic relationship with patients, families, and healthcare teams • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments to continuously improve patient outcomes • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

• At least one full year of experience in an inpatient rehab therapies setting • Current Physical Therapy license from the state of California • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) recognition • Experience with EPIC charting system (desirable)
