We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans • Design and implement occupational therapy programs to improve clients' functional abilities and independence • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care • Develop and implement strategies to adapt clients' environments to meet their needs • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on the importance of occupational therapy and provide guidance on how to maintain progress • Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, MS, or MA) from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the position is located • Certification in occupational therapy (OTR) or eligibility for certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients
