We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Long-Term Care/Senior Living Facilities. As a Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care to our residents, while promoting a person-centered and resident-directed culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership to neighborhoods, ensuring the mission, vision, and values of our organization are supported through clinical services. • Participate in planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance and promote individual and team learning. • Conduct professional licensed nursing assessments and evaluations, and coordinate care with other nursing staff. • Guide the implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe, sanitary, and efficient practices. • Foster collaboration and consensus to address problem-solving in the household. • Maintain a professional relationship with physicians, other medical professionals, and departments within our organization.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment. • Experience in long-term care or senior living facilities. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. • Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care and dementia sensitivity.
