Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet Hospital. As a Registered Nurse - Operating Room, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes • Participate in scrubs and circulates for various surgical procedures, including trauma, transplant, ortho, neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotics • Utilize cutting-edge technology to provide patient care and improve outcomes • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience strongly preferred • Current SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license • BLS certification • Radiation Badge (*Radiation badge to be provided by agency) • Experience in trauma and/or surgical specialties preferred • Ability to work flexible hours, including 3x12 shifts, weekend shifts, and holidays • Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs

• The Main Operating Room is a busy and dynamic nurse-driven department with 21-OR suites covering all surgical specialties • The hospital is committed to providing cutting-edge technology and innovative care to our patients • Travelers are expected to be flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs • Please note that during hurricane season (June-November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams

• Work location: [City, State] • Shift: Days (630a-7p), with opportunity to work 3x12 shifts, weekend shifts, and holidays • Local radius: 60 miles • Parking: $20 registration fee for a hang tag, which will allow use of the hospital garage
