Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location: Bowling Green, KY

Job Type: Outpatient

Experience: Outpatient experience is preferred. We welcome new graduates and first-time travelers.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT hours must be approved by the director before being worked.

Flexibility: This position does not involve float to other clinics.

Patient Population:

• Orthopedics: conservative and athletes • Geriatric: gait, balance, and other related needs

Productivity Expectations:

• 60 visits per week • Average of 12-14 patients per day • Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients • Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and other home-based activities to promote recovery and mobility • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky • Graduate-level education in Physical Therapy • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic life support certification (BLS) and CPR certification
