Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical/Tele setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality, age-specific patient care that meets the unique needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and adhering to Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. • Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation of work to other levels of employees to ensure seamless care delivery. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. • Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of healthcare services.
Requirements:
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the assignment is located. • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certification, with the option to book a course during the Clinical Orientation period if certification is not current. • Ability to assume leadership responsibilities and delegate work effectively to other team members.
Working in a Medical Surgical/Tele Setting:
• Provide care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, including those requiring close monitoring and specialized care. • Utilize your clinical expertise to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
