Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, and Stepdown areas. If you are a dedicated and experienced RN looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care • Manage and titrate IV drips, peripheral lines, and PICC lines • Demonstrate expertise in cardiac rhythm interpretation and management of dysrhythmias • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans • Utilize PCU ratios and manage floating requirements as needed • Participate in code blue responses and other emergency situations

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar setting (experience with PCU ratios and floating required) • Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certification • Cardiac Tele experience preferred • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Willingness to travel and float between Cone Health campuses as needed

Working Conditions:

• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays • 2x12s, Nights, 7p-730a, Weekend rotation, Holiday rotation • No call required • Must be able to float between all Cone Health campuses if needed
