Job Title: Tech - Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cath Lab/EP Technologist to join our team. As a Cath Lab/EP Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fluoroscopic and angiographic procedures, as well as interventional procedures, under the guidance of a physician or other authorized personnel. • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning, draping, and obtaining necessary consent. • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including fluoroscopes, angiography equipment, and other related devices. • Position patients accurately and safely to obtain high-quality images. • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures, including images, reports, and any adverse events. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of patient care and equipment performance.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab/EP Technologist, or 1 year of experience with prior scrub experience in CVL or EP. • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Cath Lab/EP. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records. • Basic life support (BLS) certification.

Special Requirements:

• Must have scrub experience in CVL or EP. • Will only accept candidates with ARRT certification. • Manager willing to screen candidates with an active Radiology Technologist license from another state and willing to apply for an Oregon License from the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license.

Work Schedule:

• Float between units. • No on-call, weekend, or block schedules required.
