About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans • Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Participate in code blue responses, as needed
Requirements:
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in [State] • Experience working in an ICU or critical care setting (preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to float to other sister locations (as needed)

Note: Agency staff may be required to work in other departments within the hospital, but this is rare and typically limited to the Same Day Unit (SDU) on the same floor.
